Privacy.
Short version: this site does not track you. Two optional features involve data, and they are described below.
What the site does not do
There are no analytics, advertising trackers, social-media widgets or cookies. Fonts are served from this site, so no request is made to a font provider.
Your theme choice
If you switch between light and dark, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the key reprosia-theme. It never leaves your device. Clear your browser data to remove it.
Hosting logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. As with any web host, GitHub may process technical data such as your IP address when you load a page, under its own privacy statement. Reprosia does not receive or store that data.
Demos
The audit ledger, readiness check, search and other demos run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent anywhere.
The AI assistant (where enabled)
When the assistant is available on the demo page, the question you type is sent to a small service run by Reprosia on Cloudflare, which forwards it with a set of our own notes to the Anthropic API to produce an answer. We do not store your questions or answers. Cloudflare and Anthropic process the request under their own terms. Please do not enter personal data, patient data or confidential study details. The assistant can be wrong and is not advice.
The contact form does not send anything. It opens your own email app with a message filled in. If you email us, we use what you send only to reply and to discuss possible work, and keep it for as long as that conversation needs. We do not sell or share it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to team@reprosia.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
